- 1 dozen chicken wings, split at the joint, tip removed
- 6 oz Busha Browne’s Spicy Jerk Sauce
- Salt and pepper to season wings
- Cooking oil (for frying)
- 2 tbsp honey
Season chicken wings with salt and pepper and fry in batches until golden brown and cooked through.
Mix Busha Browne’s Spicy Jerk Sauce and honey. Warm mixture on medium heat to thicken.
When chicken wings are cooked, toss in honey jerk sauce mixture and serve.
