Recipe - Lime n' Lobster
- 2 fresh Caribbean spiny lobsters
- Juice of 2 limes
- 2 tbs Busha Browne's Lime Pepper Jelly
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 2 tbs butter (melted)
Busha Browne's Lime Pepper Jelly is particularly good with seafood.
Split lobsters lengthwise and rub with lime juice and sea salt. Place under your broiler at 400° for 12-15 minuites — alternate basting with butter and Lime Pepper Jelly while cooking until golden. Serve withadditional butter and Lime Pepper Jelly on the side as a dip.
