Recipe - Busha's Smoked Salmon Salad Roll

Busha Browne's Pepper Jelly is the perfect accompaniment for all meats, hot or cold, and excels when mixed with cream cheese for canapes or used as a spread or dip.

 

 

 

Combine cream cheese and Busha Browne's Pepper Jelly (+ Pukka) — let rest. Combine vegetables and toss together with lime juice, salt and fresh herbs. Lay down an overlapping layer of smoked salmon over plastic wrap. Spread an even layer of cream cheese mixture almost to the edge on both sides. Lay vegetable mixture lengthwise across the middle of cream cheese mixture. Roll into a tight roll using a Japanese sushi mat and seal in shape with plastic wrap. Place smoked salmon roll in your freezer for 7-10 minutes to set. Cut into 1" rolls and serve with a crisp organic mixed green salad dressed with your favourite vinaigrette.
