Recipe - Gail's BBQ Salmon
- 1 boneless fillet of salmon — sliced into 6oz portions
- 2 - 3oz Busha Browne's Jerk Seasoning
- 4 oz Busha Browne's Jerk Honey BBQ Sauce
- 4oz olive oil
- Juice of 2 limes
Busha Browne's Honey Jerk BBQ Sauce is compounded for the "jerking" of meat or fish.
Mix together jerk seasoning, 2oz olive oil, and juice from 1 lime and rub into salmon. Allow to marinate for 1 hour, preferably overnight.
