Recipe - Planter's Chicken Liver Kebabs
- 2 lb - Fresh chicken livers
- 1/4 - cup Busha Browne's Spicy Hot Pepper Sherry
- 12 - Miniature onions (or cut pieces)
- 3 - Green sweet peppers, cut in pieces
- Salt and pepper to taste
Busha Browne's hot pepper sherry is the supreme embellishment to add a magical taste to soups, seafood bisques and savoury drinks.
Marinate chicken livers in Pepper Sherry overnight in refrigerator. Sauté onions and chicken livers in buter to partially cook until livers are firm enough. Thread chicken livers on long skewers alternating with onions, tomatoes and green peppers.
